Compared to SOAP, or JAX-RPC, it is stable, much simpler and easier to handle. Version 3 of Apache XML-RPC introduces several important vendor extensions over the original XML-RPC specification.

1. Download JD-GUI to open JAR file and explore Java source code file (.class .java)
2. Click menu "File → Open File..." or just drag-and-drop the JAR file in the JD-GUI window xmlrpc-5.0.0.jar file.
