International Components for Unicode for Java (icu4j-root)
· International Components for Unicode for Java (ICU4J) is a mature, widely used Java library
providing Unicode and Globalization support.
This is the base artifact with common settings, not intended to use directly.
Download JD-GUI to open JAR file and explore Java source code file (.class .java)
Click menu "File → Open File..." or just drag-and-drop the JAR file in the JD-GUI window icu4j-root-74.1.jar file.
Once you open a JAR file, all the java classes in the JAR file will be displayed.
