education. Kuali software is designed to
meet the needs of all sizes of institutions, from land-grant research
universities to community colleges. The members
of the Kuali Community share a common vision of open, modular, and
distributed systems for their software requirements.

Download JD-GUI to open JAR file and explore Java source code file (.class .java)
Click menu "File → Open File..." or just drag-and-drop the JAR file in the JD-GUI window kuali-foo-99999.jar file.
Once you open a JAR file, all the java classes in the JAR file will be displayed.
