The refcodes-meta artifact is a meta artifact used for building the
REFCODES.ORG artifacts (org.refcodes group) from scratch, usually used
by developers. Note that the tools (a bunch of shell scripts) build
around this meta artifact are not bundled with this meta artifact.
Download JD-GUI to open JAR file and explore Java source code file (.class .java)
Click menu "File → Open File..." or just drag-and-drop the JAR file in the JD-GUI window refcodes-meta-1.1.2.jar file.
Once you open a JAR file, all the java classes in the JAR file will be displayed.
