How to open Javadoc JAR file in web browser
- Rename the file jakarta-cactus-integration-ant-13-1.5dev-20030426-javadoc.jar to jakarta-cactus-integration-ant-13-1.5dev-20030426-javadoc.zip
- Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder jakarta-cactus-integration-ant-13-1.5dev-20030426-javadoc
- Double click index.html will open the index page on your default web browser.

Running the command javadoc:
