connect-prescan-plugin · Maven plugin to scan the classpath of the project being built and create a prescan file. The prescan file contains paths to resources, web-fragment.xml and web.xml files. This is used by the WebRunner to speed up start up of web applications.

Rename the file connect-prescan-plugin-1.4-javadoc.jar to connect-prescan-plugin-1.4-javadoc.zip
Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder connect-prescan-plugin-1.4-javadoc
Double click index.html will open the index page on your default web browser.

Running the command javadoc:
