How to open Javadoc JAR file in web browser
- Rename the file scala-js-junit-tools-1.0.1.20180129202557-javadoc.jar to scala-js-junit-tools-1.0.1.20180129202557-javadoc.zip
- Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder scala-js-junit-tools-1.0.1.20180129202557-javadoc
