How to open Javadoc JAR file in web browser
- Rename the file codacy-plugins-tools-list_2.13-23.4.5_play_2.7-javadoc.jar to codacy-plugins-tools-list_2.13-23.4.5_play_2.7-javadoc.zip
- Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder codacy-plugins-tools-list_2.13-23.4.5_play_2.7-javadoc
