How to open Javadoc JAR file in web browser
- Rename the file emf-utils-0.2.0-20221109205535-javadoc.jar to emf-utils-0.2.0-20221109205535-javadoc.zip
- Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder emf-utils-0.2.0-20221109205535-javadoc
