Cache Manifest Generation Maven Plugin · Generates a cache manifest file (for offline caching, HTML 5 offline mode) at build time given patterns of files to include/exclude. This plugin was originally created by Glenn Barrett at github.com/cantinac/cachemanifest-maven-plugin. Thanks go to github organization @cantinac for transferring the repo for further maintenance.

How to open Javadoc JAR file in web browser

  1. Rename the file cachemanifest-maven-plugin-1.0.1-javadoc.jar to cachemanifest-maven-plugin-1.0.1-javadoc.zip
  2. Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder cachemanifest-maven-plugin-1.0.1-javadoc
  3. Double click index.html will open the index page on your default web browser.

How to generate Javadoc from a source JAR?

Running the command javadoc:

javadoc --ignore-source-errors -encoding UTF-8 -sourcepath "cachemanifest-maven-plugin-1.0.1-sources.jar" -d "cachemanifest-maven-plugin-1.0.1-javadoc" -subpackages
