How to open Javadoc JAR file in web browser
- Rename the file cats-retry-cats-effect_sjs0.6_2.13-0.3.2-javadoc.jar to cats-retry-cats-effect_sjs0.6_2.13-0.3.2-javadoc.zip
- Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder cats-retry-cats-effect_sjs0.6_2.13-0.3.2-javadoc
- Double click index.html will open the index page on your default web browser.

Running the command javadoc:
javadoc --ignore-source-errors -encoding UTF-8 -sourcepath "cats-retry-cats-effect_sjs0.6_2.13-0.3.2-sources.jar" -d "cats-retry-cats-effect_sjs0.6_2.13-0.3.2-javadoc" -subpackages
