How to open Javadoc JAR file in web browser
- Rename the file shapeless_2.11-2.4.0-M1-30032020-e6c3f71-PATCH-javadoc.jar to shapeless_2.11-2.4.0-M1-30032020-e6c3f71-PATCH-javadoc.zip
- Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder shapeless_2.11-2.4.0-M1-30032020-e6c3f71-PATCH-javadoc
- Double click index.html will open the index page on your default web browser.
How to generate Javadoc from a source JAR?
Running the command javadoc:
javadoc --ignore-source-errors -encoding UTF-8 -sourcepath "shapeless_2.11-2.4.0-M1-30032020-e6c3f71-PATCH-sources.jar" -d "shapeless_2.11-2.4.0-M1-30032020-e6c3f71-PATCH-javadoc" -subpackages
