How to open Javadoc JAR file in web browser
- Rename the file mill-scalablytyped_mill0.11.0-M10_2.13-0.1.9-javadoc.jar to mill-scalablytyped_mill0.11.0-M10_2.13-0.1.9-javadoc.zip
- Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder mill-scalablytyped_mill0.11.0-M10_2.13-0.1.9-javadoc
- Double click index.html will open the index page on your default web browser.

Running the command javadoc:
