JRI core · JRI is a Java/R Interface, which allows to run R inside Java applications as a single thread. Basically it loads R dynamic library into Java and provides a Java API to R functionality. It supports both simple calls to R functions and a full running REPL.

How to open Javadoc JAR file in web browser

  1. Rename the file JRI-0.9-7-javadoc.jar to JRI-0.9-7-javadoc.zip
  2. Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder JRI-0.9-7-javadoc
  3. Double click index.html will open the index page on your default web browser.

How to generate Javadoc from a source JAR?

Running the command javadoc:

javadoc --ignore-source-errors -encoding UTF-8 -sourcepath "JRI-0.9-7-sources.jar" -d "JRI-0.9-7-javadoc" -subpackages
