Apache Velocity Tools - View tools (migrated to Jarkata) · Tools to be used in a servlet context. PLEASE NOTE: this is a temporary fork to unblock projects migrating to Jakarta, but I won't continue maintaining it in the future as the Velocity team doesn't understand the value of Jakarta. I strongly suggest you plan a switch to a more modern template engine such as Thymeleaf.

How to open Javadoc JAR file in web browser

  1. Rename the file velocity-tools-view-3.3.0-javadoc.jar to velocity-tools-view-3.3.0-javadoc.zip
  2. Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder velocity-tools-view-3.3.0-javadoc
  3. Double click index.html will open the index page on your default web browser.

How to generate Javadoc from a source JAR?

Running the command javadoc:
