ziplet · This filter can, based on HTTP headers in a HttpServletRequest, compress data written to the HttpServletResponse, or decompress data read from the request. When supported by the client browser, this can potentially greatly reduce the number of bytes written across the network from and to the client. As a Filter, this class can also be easily added to any J2EE 1.3+ web application.

How to open Javadoc JAR file in web browser

  1. Rename the file ziplet-2.4.1-javadoc.jar to ziplet-2.4.1-javadoc.zip
  2. Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder ziplet-2.4.1-javadoc
  3. Double click index.html will open the index page on your default web browser.

How to generate Javadoc from a source JAR?

Running the command javadoc:

javadoc --ignore-source-errors -encoding UTF-8 -sourcepath "ziplet-2.4.1-sources.jar" -d "ziplet-2.4.1-javadoc" -subpackages
