How to open Javadoc JAR file in web browser
- Rename the file google-api-services-trafficdirector-v2-rev20230711-2.0.0-javadoc.jar to google-api-services-trafficdirector-v2-rev20230711-2.0.0-javadoc.zip
- Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder google-api-services-trafficdirector-v2-rev20230711-2.0.0-javadoc
- Double click index.html will open the index page on your default web browser.

Running the command javadoc:
