How to open Javadoc JAR file in web browser
- Rename the file model.external.itsyourparliament.votes.impl-2011.05.31-javadoc.jar to model.external.itsyourparliament.votes.impl-2011.05.31-javadoc.zip
- Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder model.external.itsyourparliament.votes.impl-2011.05.31-javadoc
