How to open Javadoc JAR file in web browser
- Rename the file hh_trtc_pingan_dev-3.1.2.12271903-javadoc.jar to hh_trtc_pingan_dev-3.1.2.12271903-javadoc.zip
- Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder hh_trtc_pingan_dev-3.1.2.12271903-javadoc
