How to generate Javadoc from a source JAR?

Running the command javadoc:

javadoc --ignore-source-errors -encoding UTF-8 -sourcepath "gdx-websockets-jtransc-0.6.7-sources.jar" -d "gdx-websockets-jtransc-0.6.7-javadoc" -subpackages
