How to open Javadoc JAR file in web browser
- Rename the file portal-7.0.x-20230615-0c59882-javadoc.jar to portal-7.0.x-20230615-0c59882-javadoc.zip
- Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder portal-7.0.x-20230615-0c59882-javadoc
- Double click index.html will open the index page on your default web browser.

Running the command javadoc:
