How to open Javadoc JAR file in web browser
- Rename the file portal-7.3.x-20230802-8546c18-javadoc.jar to portal-7.3.x-20230802-8546c18-javadoc.zip
- Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder portal-7.3.x-20230802-8546c18-javadoc
- Double click index.html will open the index page on your default web browser.

Running the command javadoc:
