How to open Javadoc JAR file in web browser
- Rename the file sumac_2.13-0.4.3-test-javadoc.jar to sumac_2.13-0.4.3-test-javadoc.zip
- Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder sumac_2.13-0.4.3-test-javadoc
- Double click index.html will open the index page on your default web browser.

Running the command javadoc:
javadoc --ignore-source-errors -encoding UTF-8 -sourcepath "sumac_2.13-0.4.3-test-sources.jar" -d "sumac_2.13-0.4.3-test-javadoc" -subpackages
