How to open Javadoc JAR file in web browser

  1. Rename the file jenkins-helper-java-1.0.0-javadoc.jar to jenkins-helper-java-1.0.0-javadoc.zip
  2. Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder jenkins-helper-java-1.0.0-javadoc

Running the command javadoc:
