How to open Javadoc JAR file in web browser
- Rename the file opencl_2.12-0.4.3+119-28b5ca6f-javadoc.jar to opencl_2.12-0.4.3+119-28b5ca6f-javadoc.zip
- Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder opencl_2.12-0.4.3+119-28b5ca6f-javadoc
- Double click index.html will open the index page on your default web browser.

Running the command javadoc:
javadoc --ignore-source-errors -encoding UTF-8 -sourcepath "opencl_2.12-0.4.3+119-28b5ca6f-sources.jar" -d "opencl_2.12-0.4.3+119-28b5ca6f-javadoc" -subpackages
