How to open Javadoc JAR file in web browser
- Rename the file default-8e9a3b_2.12-0.0.0+116-3d6d14ea-javadoc.jar to default-8e9a3b_2.12-0.0.0+116-3d6d14ea-javadoc.zip
- Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder default-8e9a3b_2.12-0.0.0+116-3d6d14ea-javadoc
- Double click index.html will open the index page on your default web browser.

Running the command javadoc:
javadoc --ignore-source-errors -encoding UTF-8 -sourcepath "default-8e9a3b_2.12-0.0.0+116-3d6d14ea-sources.jar" -d "default-8e9a3b_2.12-0.0.0+116-3d6d14ea-javadoc" -subpackages
