How to open Javadoc JAR file in web browser
- Rename the file q_2.13-1.0.4+4-a42097a7-javadoc.jar to q_2.13-1.0.4+4-a42097a7-javadoc.zip
- Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder q_2.13-1.0.4+4-a42097a7-javadoc
- Double click index.html will open the index page on your default web browser.

Running the command javadoc:
javadoc --ignore-source-errors -encoding UTF-8 -sourcepath "q_2.13-1.0.4+4-a42097a7-sources.jar" -d "q_2.13-1.0.4+4-a42097a7-javadoc" -subpackages
