How to open Javadoc JAR file in web browser
- Rename the file akka-stream-contrib_2.11-0.10+9-a20362e2-javadoc.jar to akka-stream-contrib_2.11-0.10+9-a20362e2-javadoc.zip
- Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder akka-stream-contrib_2.11-0.10+9-a20362e2-javadoc
- Double click index.html will open the index page on your default web browser.

Running the command javadoc:
javadoc --ignore-source-errors -encoding UTF-8 -sourcepath "akka-stream-contrib_2.11-0.10+9-a20362e2-sources.jar" -d "akka-stream-contrib_2.11-0.10+9-a20362e2-javadoc" -subpackages
