How to open Javadoc JAR file in web browser
- Rename the file ugs-core--2.0-JUL-26-2018-javadoc.jar to ugs-core--2.0-JUL-26-2018-javadoc.zip
- Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder ugs-core--2.0-JUL-26-2018-javadoc
- Double click index.html will open the index page on your default web browser.

Running the command javadoc:
javadoc --ignore-source-errors -encoding UTF-8 -sourcepath "ugs-core--2.0-JUL-26-2018-sources.jar" -d "ugs-core--2.0-JUL-26-2018-javadoc" -subpackages
