How to open Javadoc JAR file in web browser
- Rename the file ossrh-test-2021-02-16T12-54-56-javadoc.jar to ossrh-test-2021-02-16T12-54-56-javadoc.zip
- Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder ossrh-test-2021-02-16T12-54-56-javadoc
- Double click index.html will open the index page on your default web browser.

Running the command javadoc:
javadoc --ignore-source-errors -encoding UTF-8 -sourcepath "ossrh-test-2021-02-16T12-54-56-sources.jar" -d "ossrh-test-2021-02-16T12-54-56-javadoc" -subpackages
