How to generate Javadoc from a source JAR?

Running the command javadoc:

javadoc --ignore-source-errors -encoding UTF-8 -sourcepath "lucre-bdb6_2.11-3.13.1-sources.jar" -d "lucre-bdb6_2.11-3.13.1-javadoc" -subpackages
