How to open Javadoc JAR file in web browser
- Rename the file fiscal-year-3.0.0-20160703134710-javadoc.jar to fiscal-year-3.0.0-20160703134710-javadoc.zip
- Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder fiscal-year-3.0.0-20160703134710-javadoc
