  1. Rename the file graphics-android-debug-0.9.0-javadoc.jar to graphics-android-debug-0.9.0-javadoc.zip
  2. Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder graphics-android-debug-0.9.0-javadoc
