ApacheDS Core · Server's core contains all backend subsystems. It depends on protocol and uses it with seda to service LDAP requests. The core contains the JNDI provider, interceptor framework, interceptor services, the schema subsystem and the database subsystem. Hence the core is the heart of the server.

How to open Javadoc JAR file in web browser

  1. Rename the file apacheds-core-0.9.3-javadoc.jar to apacheds-core-0.9.3-javadoc.zip
  2. Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder apacheds-core-0.9.3-javadoc
  3. Double click index.html will open the index page on your default web browser.

How to generate Javadoc from a source JAR?

Running the command javadoc:

javadoc --ignore-source-errors -encoding UTF-8 -sourcepath "apacheds-core-0.9.3-sources.jar" -d "apacheds-core-0.9.3-javadoc" -subpackages
