This was developed as a stand-alone component of BioMedICUS, a biomedical and clinical NLP engine developed by the NLP-IE Group at the University of Minnesota Institute for Health Informatics.

Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder biomedicus-measures-2.0.2-javadoc
Double click index.html will open the index page on your default web browser.

Running the command javadoc:
