How to open Javadoc JAR file in web browser
- Rename the file signal-service-java-2.15.3_unofficial_65-javadoc.jar to signal-service-java-2.15.3_unofficial_65-javadoc.zip
- Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder signal-service-java-2.15.3_unofficial_65-javadoc
- Double click index.html will open the index page on your default web browser.

Running the command javadoc:
javadoc --ignore-source-errors -encoding UTF-8 -sourcepath "signal-service-java-2.15.3_unofficial_65-sources.jar" -d "signal-service-java-2.15.3_unofficial_65-javadoc" -subpackages
