How to open Javadoc JAR file in web browser
- Rename the file cats_sjs0.6_2.12-0.0.6+11-ac364006-javadoc.jar to cats_sjs0.6_2.12-0.0.6+11-ac364006-javadoc.zip
- Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder cats_sjs0.6_2.12-0.0.6+11-ac364006-javadoc
- Double click index.html will open the index page on your default web browser.

Running the command javadoc:
javadoc --ignore-source-errors -encoding UTF-8 -sourcepath "cats_sjs0.6_2.12-0.0.6+11-ac364006-sources.jar" -d "cats_sjs0.6_2.12-0.0.6+11-ac364006-javadoc" -subpackages
