How to open Javadoc JAR file in web browser
- Rename the file scala-java-time-tzdb_sjs1.0.0-M3_2.11-2.0.0-M13_2018c-javadoc.jar to scala-java-time-tzdb_sjs1.0.0-M3_2.11-2.0.0-M13_2018c-javadoc.zip

- Double click index.html will open the index page on your default web browser.
