How to open Javadoc JAR file in web browser
- Rename the file scala-java-time-tzdb_sjs1.0.0-M6_2.11-2.0.0-RC1_2018f-javadoc.jar to scala-java-time-tzdb_sjs1.0.0-M6_2.11-2.0.0-RC1_2018f-javadoc.zip
- Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder scala-java-time-tzdb_sjs1.0.0-M6_2.11-2.0.0-RC1_2018f-javadoc
- Double click index.html will open the index page on your default web browser.
