How to open Javadoc JAR file in web browser
- Rename the file piper-jni-1.2.0-38917ff-javadoc.jar to piper-jni-1.2.0-38917ff-javadoc.zip
- Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder piper-jni-1.2.0-38917ff-javadoc
- Double click index.html will open the index page on your default web browser.

Running the command javadoc:
