How to open Javadoc JAR file in web browser
- Rename the file effectie-time-cats-effect2_2.13-2.0.0-beta14-javadoc.jar to effectie-time-cats-effect2_2.13-2.0.0-beta14-javadoc.zip
- Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder effectie-time-cats-effect2_2.13-2.0.0-beta14-javadoc
