Jakarta Connectors 2.0 · This feature enables the configuration of resource adapters to access Enterprise Information Systems (EIS) from applications. The configuration of a resource adapter also includes the configuration of connection factories, administered objects and activation specifications. Any resource adapter that complies with the Jakarta Connectors 2.0 specification or lower can be used. High performance connection pooling is also provided.

How to open Javadoc JAR file in web browser

  1. Rename the file connectors-2.0-23.0.0.8-javadoc.jar to connectors-2.0-23.0.0.8-javadoc.zip
  2. Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder connectors-2.0-23.0.0.8-javadoc
  3. Double click index.html will open the index page on your default web browser.

How to generate Javadoc from a source JAR?

Running the command javadoc:

javadoc --ignore-source-errors -encoding UTF-8 -sourcepath "connectors-2.0-23.0.0.8-sources.jar" -d "connectors-2.0-23.0.0.8-javadoc" -subpackages
