Jakarta Persistence 3.0 · This feature enables support for applications that use application-managed and container-managed persistence. This feature includes Jakarta Persistence 3.0 specification interfaces and container-managed persistence integration. EclipseLink is also included as the default persistence provider implementation.

How to open Javadoc JAR file in web browser

  1. Rename the file persistence-3.0-23.0.0.8-javadoc.jar to persistence-3.0-23.0.0.8-javadoc.zip
  2. Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder persistence-3.0-23.0.0.8-javadoc
  3. Double click index.html will open the index page on your default web browser.

How to generate Javadoc from a source JAR?

Running the command javadoc:

javadoc --ignore-source-errors -encoding UTF-8 -sourcepath "persistence-3.0-23.0.0.8-sources.jar" -d "persistence-3.0-23.0.0.8-javadoc" -subpackages
