How to open Javadoc JAR file in web browser
- Rename the file spark-tools_2.11-0.2+134-05f4f7c5-javadoc.jar to spark-tools_2.11-0.2+134-05f4f7c5-javadoc.zip
- Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder spark-tools_2.11-0.2+134-05f4f7c5-javadoc
- Double click index.html will open the index page on your default web browser.

Running the command javadoc:
javadoc --ignore-source-errors -encoding UTF-8 -sourcepath "spark-tools_2.11-0.2+134-05f4f7c5-sources.jar" -d "spark-tools_2.11-0.2+134-05f4f7c5-javadoc" -subpackages
