Rename the file javahelp-2.0.05-javadoc.jar to javahelp-2.0.05-javadoc.zip
Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder javahelp-2.0.05-javadoc
Double click index.html will open the index page on your default web browser.

Running the command javadoc:

javadoc --ignore-source-errors -encoding UTF-8 -sourcepath "javahelp-2.0.05-sources.jar" -d "javahelp-2.0.05-javadoc" -subpackages
