Rename the file jbossha-4.2.2.GA-javadoc.jar to jbossha-4.2.2.GA-javadoc.zip
Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder jbossha-4.2.2.GA-javadoc
Double click index.html will open the index page on your default web browser.
