How to open Javadoc JAR file in web browser
- Rename the file scalapy_2.12-0.2.0+17-5b8100b9-javadoc.jar to scalapy_2.12-0.2.0+17-5b8100b9-javadoc.zip
- Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder scalapy_2.12-0.2.0+17-5b8100b9-javadoc
- Double click index.html will open the index page on your default web browser.

Running the command javadoc:
javadoc --ignore-source-errors -encoding UTF-8 -sourcepath "scalapy_2.12-0.2.0+17-5b8100b9-sources.jar" -d "scalapy_2.12-0.2.0+17-5b8100b9-javadoc" -subpackages
