  1. Rename the file maven-default-code-highlighting-skin-1.0.2-javadoc.jar to maven-default-code-highlighting-skin-1.0.2-javadoc.zip
  2. Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder maven-default-code-highlighting-skin-1.0.2-javadoc
