Rename the file xync-1.0.0-beta1-javadoc.jar to xync-1.0.0-beta1-javadoc.zip
Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder xync-1.0.0-beta1-javadoc
Double click index.html will open the index page on your default web browser.

Running the command javadoc:

javadoc --ignore-source-errors -encoding UTF-8 -sourcepath "xync-1.0.0-beta1-sources.jar" -d "xync-1.0.0-beta1-javadoc" -subpackages
