Rename the file aspect4log-1.0.7-javadoc.jar to aspect4log-1.0.7-javadoc.zip
Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder aspect4log-1.0.7-javadoc
Double click index.html will open the index page on your default web browser.

Running the command javadoc:

javadoc --ignore-source-errors -encoding UTF-8 -sourcepath "aspect4log-1.0.7-sources.jar" -d "aspect4log-1.0.7-javadoc" -subpackages
